Bone & Muscle problems

I have fallen from stairs in sep 2016,since then there is a huge pain in tail bone when i sat on hard or soft surface. Infact I can't sit for long times and travel long times. I am 31 years old, I have taken CT scan and all x rays near pelvic bone in US but doctor said there is no injury. They suggested me to go for physiotherapy , please suggest

Symptoms Pain in the back and back side of the thighs Pain going down the legs and getting worse on coughing, sneezing or bending forwards Pain getting worse at night Numbness and weakness in the legs

Is surgery is required or not in this case Moderate joint effusoin with fluid level s/o hemarthrosis. Bone contusion is medial tibial pleature. Fluid signal in medial meniscus andtibial pleature s/o meniscus avulsion (floating meniscus).

Hi I was wondering if you could help at all as I'm having really bad back pain for just over a week now I have being having back pains but it was bareable but today it has become unbearable it's from the lower part of my neck to the middles of my spine and it feels like I'm constantly winded and it's making me feel sick and light headed

I got fracture in Proximal Phalanx of little toe, is complete bed rest is required, and if required than for how many days. At present i am not allowed to move at all. Please Advice - Thanks in Advance for your opinion

There is a backbone n shoulder pain from last 10 days. Actually I have traveled a hill areas for a week and do some tracking. After returning from the trip I faced this problem. Now I m not able to do hard work or not pick up a wait and feeling pain during running n juming. In the night tym it is difficult to sleep.
