Bone & Muscle problems

My knee makes noise everytime I squat down. My shoulders keep making noise while rotating them.I experience no pain.Is it due to cartilage unevenness?What are reasons for cartilage unevenness?Suggest remedies.

Dear Doctor, I am not able to bend my right wrist back ward. I am feeling pain, when I try bend backward. But normally no pain, but not able to put load to wrist. I mean while pushing the door also I am feeling pain. Please give me a suggestion. Regards Ravi
