Bone & Muscle problems

I have knee pain in right leg. I use doctor soul shoes. i concerned with doctor also. But I realise completely no relief in knee, because of when I used simple shoes , I feel some irritation. Why?

I have toe paining & also some time knee paining . Difficult to walk fast & not possible to run . I have problems at time of seat down on floor

Plz tell me How many days I can bed rest after surgery. 5 days ago my surgery done My doctor no advice me for any physiotherapist. My doctor advice me next day of surgery to walk can is better for me.

I have a neck pain from last 5-6 days,am not able to move my neck here n there and not able to sleep

Shoulder dislocated on 3/july/2017. Doctor told to dont remove sling for next 1 month(i.e. Upto 03/Aug/2017). I want to join new organization where my joining is on 01/Aug/2017. Currently am feeling ok,and taking medicine as per doctor suggestion.Now don't have pain and any other abnormalities. can i remove sling now? What to do if i removed sling? I want to join new organization with proper hand movement(I know it will take time for heavy movement) hence consult me what to do?

Sir I just wanted to know about the role of hamstring graft in our leg And what will happen if they are harvested from their original site.

I fell off the stairs and hurt my spine. My X-ray reports says that the Lumbar lordosis is lost. Also I still have pain in my back. Is it something serious?

Since my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY is done using hamstring graft (Autograft)., now my leg does not have those tendons in their original place. Even my meniscus was trimmed as the tear was in white zone. So that is also not normal as it was before. I(age19) still wishes to play football and basket ball with heavy workout.is that possible.

Uncomfortable to walk, stretch. if i touch the right ride of the of the tendon it hurts. very uncomfortable and achey. I have tenderness when touching around the area with slight swelling. tingling in right ring toe, but that happened before the achilles pain
