Bone & Muscle problems

My ankle twisted month ago..now am sufering intense pain ...both my legs thigs n knee even d ankles pain a lot..i cudnot walk steadily 10 steps...em suffering..done many treatmnts both ayurveda and allopathy(ortho)..what wil i do now???

When I stand my heel starts paining, cant stand more then 2-5 mints. While driving my left leg below foot gives me burning sensation. Mean time I have checked my uric acid which is high on 7.5. Also I have spondylosis between L5 & S1. Can you help me what is causing me the heel pain.

My wife has been complaining of regular backaches for last 1 yr. Now a days she has got severe backache. We have two children. Younger one is 2.5 years old &: my wife has stopped breasfeeding her 2 months back. We have consulted a doctor around six months back . He advised for an X-ray and told that everything is normal. Prescribed medicines.

I had an for olecranon fracture fixation surgery 2 months ago. I have been doing a little exercise daily. But still I am not able to fully stretch my arm and don't have much power on the arm as well. Kindly suggest any specific exercises to fully stretch and increase power in my arm. Thanks.

I feel constant strain on my left middle and upper back. Whenever I sit or stand I feel like some thing is pinning in my left side and I have to try stretching my left back or neck and some crackling sound comes and its fine for few minutes and this process goes on.

Swelling and pian in joints not able to walk, d3test done but its very low. Taking vitamin d supplements

Actually my aunt has left toe surgery last year..and sometimes there is pain in that area. Can u consult some doctors reagrding this.

On the lft hand, got a sharp pain in the wrist, wines pain too much. some times, I do not get any pain, - but some times, it causes too much pain, can not lift/carry any thing..
