Shoulder Pull

I play a lot of sports like badminton cricket and also gymming. So while working out in the gym , i guess i had a pull in the rotatory bone of my right shoulder. Back pain and problem in joint near hio

I have mild back pain since 3 yrs..not regular..one time in 6months..but few days back I have joint pain near hip..I done with MRI and X rays....HLA B27 POSITIVE......in MRI joint space is reduced and no fluid is seen within joints... doctors told that there is no permanent treatment for that... exercise can only control this.
