Cannot bend my finger
I got injury couple of years ago in my finger, but I didn't consult to a doctor, but as there was no improvement I did consult to doctor after a month. After taking x-ray they found tiny crack on my finger bone, but they said that now it can't be fixed as it was too late

For post fracture stiffness of fingers, the best time for Physiotherapy management is three to four weeks after the injury. Since you missed the best time for rehabilitation a repeat x-ray should be taken to know the present condition of the joint, especially to rule out any calcification of the joint. Long term use of dynamic flexion assist or extension assist( depending upon the joint condition) finger splint will be advised by your Physiotherapist. If the joint structures doesn't have much fibrosis, modalities such as low melting point wax therapy, laser therapy can be helpful. If calcification has happened, even acetic acid iontophoresis is worth a try.
Next Steps
Consult with your Physiotherapist.
