What are the advantages of hamstring graft over pattela graft. Which graft should be used for acl surgery??

What are the disadvantages of using hamstring graft over pattela graft., for acl reconstruction surgery. I am 19 year old athlete

I am experiencing prolonged back pain from past 2 weeks. Recently i have changed my job and so i need to travel on bike for about 15-17 km everyday. Also the type of chairs provided in the office were not feasible. so am experiencing back pain.

Doctor has recommended biovisc injection for gap in shoulder joints instead of surgery kindly let me know whether it is effective or not

I just had 3 operation for retroperitoneal benign teratoma. I am 21 years old and still feel left leg pain when I walk for some distance or when I sit on a chair for long duration. I have to study for 10 hours per day but it is hard to sit for more than 2-3 with the back support. Leg pain gets worse and I need to lie down for some time.
