Severe pain in rt shoulder girdle radiating up to hand. inability to reach the back , pain increasing while combing hair.clicking sound on moving the shoulder for 4 months. no relief with analgesics/muscle relaxants.

You need to do Physiotherapy..the treatment for this is in three stages - first medicine and physiotherapy; second stage intra articular steroid injection and physiotherapy; third stage still not recovered then arthroscopic release
