My shoulder has pin in muscles/bone from past 4 months.there is no problem in movement.I feel like some hard lump due to which I feel some kind of strain when I bend.I do stretching exercises and able to do them easily,though in some postures I feel strain.Also at times I feel pain in side muscles also.There is some swelling in shoulder.
