Bone & Muscle problems

I've an back pain since I lift a weight of 54 kg. I taken a spray from omnigel by cipla. It affects and my pain was going, but when I sneeze it pain lot, and it pains during walking also. Is there any connection between sneeze and back pain. Please help

Sprained my foot while playing football 2 weeks ago - the ankle portion swelling has reduced but pain still there when in a particular angle doesn't hurt while walking . Only hurts when flexed in a particular position have done cold and hot compression and tried wearing ankle support .

When i am running i fill pain in my shin mussels. What should i do. Is it normal or I need any kind of treatment ?

I underwent surgery cuz of ACL breakage. Now I have a streachy feeling from where light ligament was harvested , due to my job I have to lift heavy weights n that causes strain n my knee hurts n there is loss of mobility momentarily . It's been 1.4 years since the surgery . I use knee braces It is not possible for me to consult a physiotherapy now

I just got my mri done, the results showed that there is something wrong in the L5-S1 area. I wanted to ask if these things: 1.) Can I go to the gym, if yes what are the things that I can do there and what not? 2.) Can I drive scooters like activa? 3.) how much can I walk?

I'm still facing problems after my ligament knee surgery and my latest MRI report says I have an minor tear on my acl. Same report came before my surgery .

Get terrible pain in calves whenever m in a/c also have sitting job where have to sit for over 10hrs day. Recently have develop some pain in my lower back. Suggest remedies/test also best doctor who could help me in this regard.
