I have been accidentally fell down from my bike with Ankle stuck under bike with some impact on Ankle. Currently, unable to keep my leg down - even could not reach hospital as its already bit late and no availability of Doctors nearby. what are the precautionaries to be taken untill i reach an orthopaedician or get X-ray done.

My father has been feeling this pain in one of his heels. He told me that this started when he fell down and his heels was the first thing he stepped on a rock while carrying a big load in his back. This happened 2 mos ago and the pain is very severe now. He can barely step the heels affected and he feels that its the bones inside the heels hurting

Knee pain in left leg. Pain is in particular point on upper side of the knee. Pain comes after every 15 or 20 days. This is not regular.

Having swelling in my right index finger. The swelling is more in the morning when i get up and the swelling reduces during the day. There is a pain when finger hits somewhere else do not feel any pain.
