Ankle, says sprained but unsure
Went down hospital and told it was only a sprain, however I done everything they said about rest and evilating and pain killers, however the pain and swelling started to go after the first few days, and now the pain and swelling has come back even worse with bruising from the toes spreading up the leg along with constant pulsing feelings

Having great pain in my lower back while getting up from bed all the time during day. It is very very difficult to stand up in straight position, sitting on chair and while bending.

Small cut and swelling in ankle
I had small accident in which I slept from bike and whole bike's weight on my ankle and no pain at that time and only small cut. But after walking around 1 km in evening I got swelling and it is painful now.
So is it serious or just swelling because I walked and can I use ice for reduce swelling?
P.S. I am using medicines for tiena cruise.

Specific pain on top of head
I got hit by a car in 2006 and since then there has been a spot on my head (where my head hit the windshield) that has been tender to touch. It doesn't normally bother me unless I press on it but today even the hair that grows from the scalp hurts to touch.

Sharp/shocking pain
I have spinal stenosis a herniated disc and arthritis in my spine to hold off on surgery I am on pain medication and last week I started my first lumbar joint injection today I am starting to have sharp pains and my lower back to the left they last only a few seconds but come every four to nine minutes is that normal or should I call my Dr?

Left hand elbow joint sever pain .
Fell from my two wheel & took support of my hand on ground. since then the pain persists whenever i try to do any work with that hand.There is no swelling. Even lifting a glass of water become difficult for me. No physical mark or hurt. only pain persists while working. Almost 10 days over from the incident.
