I have pain and tingling in knees
Hi,
I had acl partial tear in 2014 May. I had bed rest and proper physiotherapy which helped me be stable later.
However from last two days i am having pain and tingling in knees. I stretched a bit unknowingly while getting up after sitting on floor.

Pain in hip bone
In 1995, i had a fractue in the hip bone on the left side. All was fine till the last 6 months. Walking is my hobby. The pain started in my hip for the last 6 months. I am not able to walk properly for the lasy 6 months.
I think pain started because of excessive exercises like yoga, leg press workouts, etc. I am 66 yrs youngman. Pl advice.

Arm pain in spite of physiotherapy
I had a fall 2 months back. I hurt my arm. Till now can't lift my arm freely. It's as if it gets stuck in the middle. Sometimes I have to take painkillers. I showed to a doctor in my area who said that I need an mri as there is muscle tear. When will it heal? What is my treatment.
