I'm having a lot of pain in my lower back. It started when I gymmed for a month. It hurt for a couple of days then became fine when I rested. This was a couple of months back. Now my back is hurting again and the pain isn't going away with rest. It hurts when I get up and when I sit. It's fine when I lie down.
