I have recently done a blood test of t3 t4 n tsh which is showing that: SUGGESTING THYRONORMALCY, should i be worried n my age is 55 .What care should i need to take.

I am having upper back below neck pain(righter side) especially when i tilt my head/neck to left. Its been 4+ days now. It increases everyday when i woke up..feels like something to do with my cumfy pillow and mattress. I already tried putting different gels in market thinking it as muscle pain. Please advise. I met with an severe road accident which resulted in breaking my left leg and dislocating the right elbow. Top part of left tibia bone become 20 pieces. Now that leg is 7-8 mm shorter than right leg. And when I stand straight with balancing weight on both the legs, this left knee goes backwards more than right knee. Is there any procedures to repair the damaged knee and also lengthening of the tibia?
