Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having intermittent joint weakness of upper limbs, Leading to difficulty in writing, typing and holding things, my hand shakes sometimes, even my shoulders aches. When am extremely weak I have difficulty in climbing the stairs, I just get so weak I can't do anything anymore, I just have to lay down on my bed, cause it's even hard to stand

I have doen a surgery for the ligament torn and now i guess its fail i checked a doctor he told the surgery got failed, and i wanna consult to a very gud doctor who can treat me properly

Around 7 weeks back, a little pain on my left knee began. I continued to dance and excercise (cardio). The pain aggravated, so I visited a doctor and told me to use Dynapar QPS. Now I have similar pain in right knee and I am using same spray. I do not know if it is knee sprain or tear. I get more pain in knee when I walk. Left knee is better now

Sir it's almost 10 days from my ACL reconstruction surgery (hamstring autograft was used) and meniscus was trimmed as it had a radial tear in the white zone. Swelling is still there. Is that normal? How many days it takes for the swelling to go down.

I suddenly got a muscular spasm on my right knee and it is difficult to walk. I tried using ice pack but it didn't help.
