Severe shoulder pain
I have been suffering from severe shoulder pain from the past 2 days. 4 months before a wood log fell on my shoulder and i got severe pain. After taking the tablet it was OK. But now I could not lift my hand . having severe pain Kindly help me. I did not take any x-rays or scan before 4 months. Just took some pain killers..
