Sir in my ACL RECONSTRUCTION, to fix the hamstring graft. At one side bio absorbable screw is used and on other side endobutton is used. How much time it takes for bio absorbable screw to degrade?? . What happens to endobutton?? Endobutton is not bio absorbable, so of which material it is made of??

I have pain in my upper back and also in middle of my chest since last 1-2 months. Feel heaviness in my chest.

Hello Dr. I am suffering from lower back pain and MRI states disc bulge. It has been 11 months but still no improvement at all, I do back strengthening exercise on regular basis yet no improvement. It is constant pain I am suffering daily. I am scared about my condition, I need a genuine suggestion how I should continue further, should I again visit an orthopedic or PT. What would be my due course in trying to reduce my pain and improving my condition.
