Started experiencing almost unbearable knee pain while climbing or going down stairs or if trying to walk fast

Suffering with heavy lower back pain and my weight is also 90 kgs. Please advise me how to reduce my weight and back pain.

I had pain on left knee on LCL side of left knee and then after 2 months, on right knee. I am using Dynapar QPS. Now it seems that side muscle/ligament pain is reducing but internal centre knee pain is there even while sitting and whenever any cloth also gets touched, I feel a little pain. What can it actually be? Sprain/tear/strain?

When I stand my heel starts paining, cant stand more then 2-5 mints. While driving my left leg below foot gives me burning sensation. Mean time I have checked my uric acid which is high on 7.5. Also I have spondylosis between L5 & S1. Can you help me what is causing me the heel pain.
