Hello, Myself Priyanka, I'm 28 Year old,I'm suffering from shin spur since August 2016 and we met doctors, but when tablets are continuing only that time pain is down otherwise it's very painful and I'm scared about pain and legs, apart from this I'm suffers from Migraine and stomach pain please suggest what can we do for Shin bone spur.

I just got a whole body blood test done. In that there were two things high. 1. Alkaline phosphatase-122 2.Vitamin D-7.92 I am a kidney donor too. What precautions shall I take and what tests shall be done further

Toe joint pain is spreading in the near areas and now many times troubling me while walking as well with comfortable footwear also, I am not wearing high heals and tight shoes as well.
