Arms hurt and sometimes my neck.
Both of my arms hurt. From the elbow to my hands. It's constant and has been going on for 3 months now. My neck hurts really bad sometimes too. My doctor said she thinks it's a pinched nerve in my neck but my arms hurt everyday and my neck only hurts sometimes.

I took x-ray yesterday thinking there might be glass in my toe but there isn't any glass in toe but something is in my back foot deep . Knee pain From injury
During dancing, I twisted my knee and now it hurts to bear weight on it, I can't even bend it completely or straighten it. It swelled a but for 3-4 days but not now although the pain has worsened. I'm still dancing but with knee caps. The pain has been there for 3 weeks now.
