Today I was working on backflips but my right foot landed on my ankle. I think there was a cracking sound but I don't know for sure. Hi Doctor, I'm 34 year old male. I'm 84 kg and height 5' 11''. Since 2 months I train for boxing and we do jumping etc. exercise normally along with running. After that I started feeling knee pain specially on right one. Now when I wake up, my knee is little frozen..With bit of walk around I feel it gets entangled.And again I go for training.
