From the past 20 days back pain is coming sir for even small issues. During sneezing my spinal chord is paining severely. My left ribs is paining severely and i am unable to sleep on the left side. Kindly suggest me for my backache problem and ribs problem.

Im 24 yr old female.... I have low back ache radiating on lateral aspect of legs increases on bending frwrd it is very disturbing I cant stretch my legs and sit and I should keep changing positions while sitting.... I have dis since 6 to 8 mnths increasing d pain intensity is increasing gradually
