I have pain on the internal area in knee in both legs. Left one started 2 months back and right 3 weeks back. I am taking dynapar qps. Is it a tear or sprain how to know. Pain is on the exterior part of knee , MCL is there i think. And on top knee if a bedsheet grazes, it feels like something is hurt

I start feeling pain resulting in fatigue in one or both of legs after a run. It last for many days. I have to keep my leg stretched at awkward angles to relieve myself of the pain.

I have neuropathy seen particularly in feet. There is continuous sensation in bottom of feet. I feel it is swollen. It cause pain and uneasiness. I also suffer from osteoarthritis in both joints. My HBA1C has been between 7-8.

Im mother of 1yr old baby . I stopped breast feeding also. Due to leg n knee pains im using dvitamin tabs post delivery.. now i went for wellness checkup. everything is fine calcium iron everything is good. I found that alkaline phosphatase is bit high value is 119.5. all are normal but im facing knee, legs n back pain daily. What's the reason?
