I am currently at a mark of 4months post acl surgery! My question is does smoking and consumption of alcohol affect the outcomes of acl surgery?? Will that harm the healing of my acl graft?

After a deadlift excersice on Friday I am experiencing a shooting pain in left hip and now when I walk for some long distance I feel pain in entire left leg

Acl reconstruction surgery using hamstring (Autograft). Tibial fixed with bioabsorbable screw and femoral fixed with endobutton. I know endobutton is made of titanium. Some research studies show that titanium can cause various problems such as weakening of immune system & even cancer. Can endobuttons be removed afterwards. Is endobutton safe??
