My mri report says postericentral protusions in l4-l5 and l5-S1 levels with mild thecal indentation in l4-l5.

Please post your symptoms... pain/radiation/difficulty in walking, etc. for me to be able to suggest the treatment (by correlating the symptoms and your mri findings)
