Mild Diffuse of L3-L4 and L4-L5
My recent MRI shows Mild Diffuse of L3-L4 and L4-L5 causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation. Kindly advise some Physio Therapy for this indentation issue. My Doc has put me on Gabapentin which I know won't help. I am not into oral medication. Plead suggest some exercise for this urgently (specifically for the indentation)
