Knee pain, Osteoarthritis
Hello Doctors, I hv severe pain in my right knee.. from last one month i am taking orthokind tabs, it gives temp. relief. I am finding difficulty in sitting down on floor because of knee pain. Cant even fold leg for while. Plz suggest for treatment.

At your age, it is not very common to have knee osteoarthritis. But if it is indeed osteoarthritis, only orthokind tablets may not help.
Next Steps
Apply a hot water bag (10min twice a day), after applying a hot water bag apply an ointment, avoid sitting/sleeping on the floor, avoid using stairs too much, avoid using an indian toilet and meet a physiotherapist to learn quadriceps strengthening exercises (these precautions and exercises are a LOT more important than painkillers)
