Bone & Muscle problems

My right leg having swelling fron 4 to 5 days. X rey is normal but pain and swelling is still going on. What to do ?

Chronic headache - from10 month and before 10 month it was occurring sometimes shoulder's pain-from7-8 month Joint pain- from March Pulse rate vary-from March Treatment:- 1- Nov2016 to April2017-take medicine from AIIMS bhopal for Migraine (x) not get benifit 2- from May2017 on words-Apollo delhi(Dr P N Ranjan sir)and continue.... Headache reduce to 50- 60% Pulse under control.. Joint and shoulder's pain (still having problems) 3:-17/07-I went to Orthopedic department AIIMS bhopal On the basis of a lot of test results I take medicine that is given in AIIMS.but still have problems. And please see my prescription And please give me advice that my treatment is in right direction or What should I do?

I have lower back pain frm three days..and it is severe..i presses my lower back where i was injured few years ago by falling off a chair..that point is still painful if i press it..and now tat pain has spread in my wholw lower back

I had met vith an accident and got stiches in knee it was fine but after one dressing it become worst started swelling and some pale yellow colored liqid is coming out of stiches don't know what to do plz guide

Left Leg knee pain while folding or while trying to stand up from sitting positions. Leg becomes stiff and pain is in left side of the left leg joint.

I had a fall on outstretched hand rt side. There was no fracture or dislocation. Mri was ok. Drs advised me to tak rest. I had used a sling for 1 week. Bt the pain and difficulty in raising hand persist.

Hello, I have a nagging neck pain for the past 3 days. I am having difficulties turning my head to the left. The pain is from the bottom of my head to the left shoulder. Please suggest what I should do.

My mom having a shoulder pain for 3 months. She has consulted a orthopaedic doctor. The doctor says there is no fracture and says its a case of osteoarthritis. Doctor has also suggested a medicine of calcium. But the pain is not lowering. What to do to get rid of this pain?? Please help
