Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday when I wake up in the morning my wrist not moving properly and paining a lot when I move my wrist. Than I apply some pain relief oil and wrapped my wrist with hot bandage. But today morning I am facing the same problem. My wrist area paining a lot. Pls suggest

Iam 35 year old male, I recently started noticing knee joint discomfort and bottom foot pains after playing badminton or doing gym. Sitting continuously also shows discomfort in knees. Earlier I did not notice this. I dont have any other health problems till now and last year got master health check up done and no problems uncovered. Iam a vegetarian by diet and software engineer by profession. I don't have any ortho problems till now. Pls suggest whom should I consult

I am having a problem in my right shoulder from last one year.i cannot tap on something and can't throw something.sometimes during sudden jerks it seems that shoulder has been pull off , very painfull.i had consult a doctor but the result was zero.

Need simpler explanation on medical report. Report states: 1. acute transversely oriented fracture through the superior of L1 w/ minimal loss of height. 2. Multilevel spondylosis including disc osteophte complexes, infolding of the ligamentum flavum and facet arthropathy without significant spinal canal or neural foraminal narrowing.

I have extreme pain in my kness ,I used to heard a sound from my kness as if two bones are striking.I have faced this problem in last two months since my visit to a new house which is a double story

I fell off my basement steps and rolled my ankle bad. I iced it and elevated it for 2 days and im still im very bad pain i can walk on it but hurts. Most of my pain is in thr ankle ball bone i just want to make sure i didnt do any other damage

After twisting i went for treatment of immobilizing the knee for 25 days. After thst bone got setteled to normal position. But i am getting knee pain after one week rest also . what can i do for this? For recovery how much time it will take approximately? and when i put ICE or orthopedic oil i can move my leg in all directions with flexibility? i

I've been facing severe back pain from past 4-5 months. Recently my neck also started paining, I'm already having migraine issue and because of neck pain and back pain I tried taking a light pillow but still it didn't helped. Daily I've to commute to my office which is total 70km up & down. Also because of this issue I'm facing weakness.

Pain in knee and MRI report says "Grade-1 tear inposterior horn of medical meniscus.and mild knee joint effusion with edema of adjoining   tissue. Doctor adiveced her to take dserin gm along with calcium. She is recovering but not ok still. Pls advice the best medicine and precautions and exercise.

मला उजव्या पायात गुडग्या खाली खुप दुखते मी टाटा ला टेंटमेंट घेतली आहे तिते त्यानि mri 3 वेळा केला त्या मदे हाडाच्या आत गाठ आहे म्हणून सांगितली आहे पण ती गाठ कसली आहे ते चेक करण्या साठी त्यांनी 2 वेळा बायोस्पि पण केली त्या मदे पण काही ही आले नाही पेट्स स्कॅन पण केले आहे त्यात पण काही कळले नाही मग त्यांनी सांगितले की तुम्हाला कॅन्सर नाही आहे पण त्या गाठी चे निदान च लागले नाही आहे मग मी काय करू मला खुप त्रास होतोय मी फक्त दुखेल तेव्हा पेन किलर खाते त्या गोळ्यांनि पण 2तास बरे वाटते आणि परत पाय दुःखतो मग मी कुठवर गोळ्या खाऊ पण मला आता कळत नाही आहे की मी कोणत्या डॉक्टर कडे दाखवू केम हॉस्पिटलमध्ये जाण्या चा विचार चालू आहे पण कोणता डॉक्टर कडे ते कळत नाही मग तुम्ही काही माजी मदत करू शकता का.
