Sir, i have lower back and leg pain in right side of body since 3 month also used some medicine adviced by a doctor but still problem is not resolved.i can not walk 20-100m continue due to lower leg pain,in night when I go for sleeping ,that time if I want to change my sleeping position then I feel pain in lower leg joint and back pain sir plz help

Mam got me a tan ,scartch on nose from 2 years I used a lot of face washes, creams but no results so if you suggest any face washes please help me mam
