Bone & Muscle problems

In the begining of June we went to Mount Abu. I carried my two year old daughter constantly on shoulder. Since then I have pain on left shoulder joint. Initially I was unable to lift my hand. Now I can move my hand but I am not getting strength and if I suddenly try to move my hand I get pain in muscle.

From last 2 3 days I'm not able to bend I eat medicine but now it's paining again. Please suggest me if x ray neded

Post normal delivery five months ago . While sleeping pain start from lower abdominal n goes to ribs and back . totally stiff body.

I have exotosis in my right knee and exostosis in my right shoulder also.shall i go for a gym as i want to keep my body fit with cardio exercises as well as i want to lift weights to get gain in my body

My mother is experiencing a pain in her left heel from a long time for which she also consulted several doctors , as such advice was given to her were like to reduce her weight , & she has given some pain killer tablets for temporary relief , but now it has been worse these days , some times it even spread to whole leg.

I have pain in my lower back from past 15 days. Tried rubbing balm and also tried pain killers. Pain still continues.

My mom is having too much knee pain.. As per docters there is no crack in it. Then whats the problm. When she sleeps in one direction after sometimes she is unablr to straighten her legs. And sometimes while walking she seems like she will fall, as her leg from knee part seems like to fold from itself. So we all are tensed on this matter..

For the past two months I have resumed jogging which i had stopped few years back. For a week now, there's been a radiating pain developing from below the left ankle to the heel, also radiating toward the toes. I have also observed that I have an ankle like shape (or swelling) that's developed above the left ankle separately but it gives no pain.

My bike slipped an year ago as i was sitting as pillion bike weight came on to my right crural(leg) it pained for some time but it then went away. Normally it does'nt pain. but when i go for jogging it pains a lot. please suggest

Right leg got slightly bend at knee and remains stiff and pains. Consulted orthopedic who advised for surgery at AIIMS at Bhubaneswar. Then asked another specialist on probable success due to age factor, he remarked in negative. Both the knee movements getting restricted day by day. Pls advice.
