More pain at joints and also hands are also painful related nerves, left leg and right hand paining more. Actually 3days before my friend took sleeping pills after that she recovered but this problem came. What precursor before going to hospital,or at least to get small relief

In both knees problem very painful in doing work,in folding legs,much time standing etc.medicines are not working,in night also so much pain is having.

Hello Doctor, I had Cauda Equina Syndrome and underwent a surgery for the same almost 2 and half years back. Though the numbness in my leg persists, I want to know what kind of exercises can I do apart from swimming to lose weight and strengthen my muscles as I cannot swim at all times. Is walking on treadmill safe. Cannot do all yoga asanas as my legs still feel weak. Please suggest. Thank you!

Hi Yesterday I went for playing badminton after hitting a jump shot couldn't land properly and ankle got twisted. Yesterday night there was little pain and today morning little swollen and not able to walk with complete weight on it. It's a left leg ankle. Could you please advice me.

I'm a 20 F and I'm suffering from severe leg pain since I was a kid. I feel tired all the time. my legs hurt really bad, my thighs and the area below my knee especially. Sometimes my legs feel tingly. My arms too. My arms have started to hurt too. My shoulders, elbows, wrists, hip bone, thighs hurt really bad at night and I can't sleep! Please help

4 months back i experienced stiffness in my left knees. I used to feel difficult to walk or stand after bending my knee. It used to stay for few seconds. Stiffness disappeared after 1 month when I started doing exercises. ( This was when I was abroad and temperature was very low) From past 10 days I am not feeling comfortable with my left knees.

My daughter has pain just below her right shoulder. The pain is from shoulder till below shoulder right hand. It is inflammed just below her right shoulder. Pls suggest what must be done.
