Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doctor,   I am Harish and I am suffering from joint pains from last 2 years. I get pain in fingers, palms, knee joints, heels and soles. I consulted doctors few times.They are saying that take the medicine whenever I get pain. But these days I am getting the pain very frequently (monthly 3 to 4 times atleast). I don't know what to do. Can you please suggest what I have to do? Thanks

I am overweight and to reduce the weight I have started regular evening walks.However after some time I am experiencing a sharp pain along my shin bone or calf.The pain gradually subsides as I stop walking and stamd for some time.Again it starts as I continue with my walking.Please tell me if there is anything wrong

In my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY hamstring (Autograft) is used. It is fixed with bioabsorbable screw on tibial side and endobutton on femoral side. I just want to know is this technique reliable. Is endobutton made of titanium very safe to remain in leg for years as I am 19 year old.??? What are the chances of second injury??

I had an MRI and reports shows at i have ACL tear and Bucket handle meniscus tear in my right knee. My Doctor Mr. Sanjay Jain said to operate the knee to make new ligament in place of tear ACL. What you suggest sir.

Don't know exactly it's a cramp or not but unable to get up from bed .. tail bone is paining . Due to this can't give pressure on legs so just lying down down bed...Do I have to do an x ray pls suggest some medication
