ACL reconstruction
How many days of rest required after ACL reconstruction done. After operation can I do my work as normal as earlier

Generally, the patient is made to walk the day after the surgery...or within a couple of days.
Next Steps
But alongwith walking, specific exercises have to be started (as advised by a physiotherapist).
It takes around 6months, to do all regular actvities like before (using stairs and other sports)
