Reduced calf size after acl surgery.
My calf size is reduced by 4.7cm(diameter). It's rigidity is also reduced. In My ACL surgery hamstring(Autograft)SGT is used. It's been 25 days of my surgery and my operated leg looks comparatively thin and weak. Swelling is still there. Is that normal. Partial meniscectomy (MEDIAL) is also performed. What about early osteoarthritis. Please help!!

You would require active knee rehabilitation with a physiotherapist.
