It's been 25 days of my surgery and my operated leg looks comparatively thin and weak. Swelling is still there. Is that normal. Partial meniscectomy (MEDIAL) is also performed. Post operative muscle wasting is seen if the leg was completely immobilized after surgery. It's not related to osteoarthritis. Wasting is due to no usage of that muscle for more than 2 weeks.
