Tightness in calf muscle after ACL opera
I have been experiencing tightness in my calf muscle regularly after my ACL operation on my left knee. Sometimes it's not there but most of the times in my upper right part of my left calf I feel tightness as if it's caught by some nerve. I wanted to know what could be the issue and how to fix it?

Sounds like you are describing hamstring tightness which happens post ACL reconstruction. It should improve with stretching exercises. However if it has been a long time, it may require surgery.
