Bone & Muscle problems

I had an for olecranon fracture fixation surgery 2 months ago. I have been doing a little exercise daily. But still I am not able to fully stretch my arm and don't have much power on the arm as well. Kindly suggest any specific exercises to fully stretch and increase power in my arm. Thanks.

I feel constant strain on my left middle and upper back. Whenever I sit or stand I feel like some thing is pinning in my left side and I have to try stretching my left back or neck and some crackling sound comes and its fine for few minutes and this process goes on.

Swelling and pian in joints not able to walk, d3test done but its very low. Taking vitamin d supplements

Actually my aunt has left toe surgery last year..and sometimes there is pain in that area. Can u consult some doctors reagrding this.

On the lft hand, got a sharp pain in the wrist, wines pain too much. some times, I do not get any pain, - but some times, it causes too much pain, can not lift/carry any thing..

I've been suffering from back pain since 1 week. before i used to have back pain only when i bend my neck .. etc but now i can find lower back pain on left side continuously. i want to know the reason for it. is it because of problem in kidneys? daily i'm sitting before system and working, also i walk about 2 kms . i'm very weak. thanks in advance

2 months ago I was trying to pass my bike from below the rail gate (फाटक) during that a sudden pain happened in my left hip it was very very intense. At that moment I spontaneously fixed my lower back without knowing why I did that. Then consulted a govt doctor, I also consulted a local person. But now suffering from pain in hip to leg back side.

Please tell cure for pain in knees .at age 70 now.pain since 20 years.much difficulty in walking.have tried some ointment but not much relief
