Bruised fat pad under calceneus
While exercising jumps, I accidentally landed on to my back foot part; calcaneus. After which I'm constantly feeling pain. I can feel not any bone is broken since the jumping height was less than 1m. But I feel the fat-pad under the bone is a bit changed and misplaced and is soft as compared to my uninjured foot.

Please you must be seen by a physician first to get to any diagnosis. Jump from 1 meter even is not less.
