Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having constant pain at my upper left back towards left shoulder. Have problem in sleeping, lifting anything from my left hand or sitting for too long

I am working in a software company there is continuously running AC and cause I have a lot of back pain and every bone pain can I use this tablet

I sprained my left foot ankle on 14th Aug. I have mild to moderate swelling and no pain when I am resting. Just a feeling of stiffness. I am on bed rest since then and will continue till 21st Aug as per doctor's advice. I have 2 upcoming travels (Mumbai and Ladakh) on 26th August for 3 days and 16th Sept for 10 days. Both travels involve travelling in cars and flights and walking for sight seeing. All air tickets and stays are booked and I will incur loses if I cancel. Will my ankle heal till that time. What precautions should I take if I am traveling?

My mom has problem in knee. When she bend her left leg she feel pain too much. She do exercise daily & also takes medicine as per doctor said.

I met with an accident an year ago my knee got fractured my knee recovered but i am not able to bend it completly i am not able rest my foot completley

I am having a pain in right shoulder from past 7 years, it radiates through entire hands causes severe pain in elbow and wrist. I am unable to write properly causes severe pain and tingling. Compare to left shoulder there is a compression in the right shoulder.

My wife suffering from knees swelling from last 1 week sometime problem get little more in order to move and sleep she is taking pain killer etoshine and it gets settled for 1 or 2 days but again problem starts. I am about to consult homeopathy after few suggestion or shall i consults arthritis ortho practitioner. Which one will be more helpful to cure this problem.

Since 2 month I've regular shoulder pain , whenever i work with this hand it pain to high. after taking the pain killer Reguvit-Plus and Acefen -p at night , pain become normal in morning.
