I have pain at my shoulder back side of neck, sometimes its gets difficult to sleep,sometimes the pain is very sever and back side of shoulders gets swelling

I have started feeling popping and cracking in my knees and hip joints. My family has a history of osteoarthritis so i am afraid that i may also have it, how can i avoid these symptoms, I am just 16 and my life hasn't even started yet, please help. The MRI scan tells (Bucket handle tear involving the medial meniscus And also Synovial effusion distending suprapatellar bursa) local doctor says an operation is required for this and if so please let ous knw weather to consider that and go for operation or else it can be cured without it?!

I have a low back pain for 8 years I did physical therapy, chairopractic and no thing works. The pain is extended to the thighs and sometimes the legs. It increases during sleeping. I can't practice my daily life normally from this pain. I am taking pain medication but I am afraid of the side effects on the long run and it is sometimes useless.
