Bone & Muscle problems

Dear doctor. I'm a freelancer, I work from home. I don't have a table and chair. I sit or lean on my bed while working. Sometimes I place palm below the neck in sleeping posture. These days I'm suffering back pain on the upper region just below the neck. Do I need to buy a table and chair? Do you recommend bean bag for a guy who works more on laptop?

I had fallen down around a month back and did not realise any pain at that time, however I did apply bikini and did cold fermentation. But after a week I felt pain in ankle while walking and at times it would swell up badly and pain keeps occuring now and then especially when lot of walking is involved. Didn't get time to show to a doctor.

However the ortho doctor came up and asked me to take MRI as he suspects ligament tear a surgery is possibl. but now i able to walk slowly . pls help

Meet with an accident 4 days before. Took an MRI shows PCL avulsion fracture of posterior aspect of the tibial spine. Elevation of above 5mm from the bone bed. Do I need a surgery for this? My doc advised me for no surgery needed. Please suggest

Hi sir..Last month on July 23, I got injured my left knee while playing cricket and I was feeling buckle or instability in my knee. I was unable to put pressure on my knee. I have done my MRI by consulting one of the doctor and the same MRI report is attached for your reference. Doctor said the acl ligament reconstruction required but I am looking for any non surgical way to cure this. Is this possible with auyrveda? Kindly help.

Doctor suggested like one month don't put weight on knee which got effected . Is it feasible to climb steps with walker support

Suddenly without any special movement my right thumb started to hurt. More specificly the "knucklejoint" started to hurt. Now several hours later my thumb still hurts equally much if not more and its starting to get swolen. My thumb feels warm and very tender and my movement is very limited. Please help me figure out what i should do about this.

Hi, My son is suffering from B12 and Uric acid is on border and he also having hair loss problem. He just started B12 course and for uric acid he has started control on food. Please suggest me good diet for controlling uric acid and remedy for hair loss.
