Severe neck n shoulder pain
Suffering from 2 years unbearable neck n shoulders pain and now from the past 2 weeks getting pain in left hand and leg too

At your age, spondylosis i.e. Age related wear and tear of the bones of the spine should not happen. If the pain in the left side is recent onset then it's a red flag and you need to see a Neuro/spine surgeon. Need to have a more elaborated symptom history and physical examination to localise your problem.

Don't lift heavy objects like luggage, full water bucket etc. Avoid traveling and riding bike.
