I am suffering from foot pain has been last 6 months sir and also joint pains foot pain of ball i can't stand an hour

Swelling in finger due to injury while playing with ball. Its more than 20 days to the injury .there is no proper movement of finger .

I am a badminton player so during my match my knee twisted n I fell down n in that moment I realized I was nt able to fold my knee

In right leg at ankle right side I have got black spot it clearly some time s not tolerable. And it's painful

My father have problem in his knee cap. The knee cap of both legs are damaged and it creates a pain when when he run or stand for long time. This happens due to accident, which happens before 5 years but no one care him. And he only take calcium medicine which recommended by local doctor. What he have to do to recover from this problem completely.
