Wrist pain in right hand

There is a wrist pain started since last 1 month. I have already taken 3 days tablet dose(may be pain killer) suggested by doc. But no improvement. What should i do. My vitamin B12 is around 290. What should i do now??

Weak bones and a lot of bloating and gas

I keep injuring myself even with minimal physical activity such as walking. Regular calcium and vit-D intake prevents that. On stopping the above and resuming exercise i will experience elbow pain, knee pain, sprain my ankles frequently. Was diagonsed with spondylisthesis. Recent hip pain as well. History of extreme gas and bloating.
