Bone & Muscle problems

Injury was 4 days back...ductor has doubted mcl and acl ....stress test is positive in all direction....tender mcl in femoral and medial joint line....not much of swelling....check up is after 3 weeks of rest and knee bracing

I am having back ache and consulted a doctor last month regarding this. I have been prescribed Vitamin D-3 tablets and few exercises for slip disc. The pain started 2-3 months back with lower spine pain and now it is shifting upwards. Please help.

Problem started with painful calf muscle of left leg making it impossible to straighten left leg, stand or walk. After taking four days of physiotherapy session, leg straightens but standing or walking not possible due to constant pain in right side of left knee. Pain extends to waist and calf muscle at times.

Squishy little lump/bump at bottom of head/top of neck area under skin at right hand side. Have had it for as long as i can remember but only freaking out about it now. It does not cause me bother or anything at all. It does not cause pain (only tender when pressed down on it). What could this be and is this normal and me being overdramatic? Thx

I have had ACL reconstruction and Meniscus Repair Surgery and It has been 9 months. While doing exercise, I have pain under/behind my knees. Is it something of serious issue? Should I consult a doctor immediately?

Hi, My wife is 29F recently diagnosed with Vit D3 deficiency (8ng/ml) & TSH is 18.76. Is it safe to have Arachetol 6L injection? Some one suggested i can also take Lumia 60K cap. How long does this therapy takes to overcome vitamin D3 deficiency? Also Can Vit D3 deficiency be the reason for high thyroid or vice versa. What would be the best treatment in this case. Pls help, thanks in advance.
