Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in shoulder and in all the joints and muscles. Got my test done today its shows deficiency of vitamin D3. My vitamin D3 is just 7.19 and ionized calcium is also low. B12 is almost near to lower normal range it's 219. Magnesium is okay. Please suggest what should I do?

My left knee pains a lot whenever I fold my legs and sit for a while and then when I keep it straight I feel a lot of pain in my knee join. What is it actually?

Some pain in joint of elbow and knee joint before 3 month. It's pain are not regular it has been one or two day in every month.

I've had wrist pain for several months now. It gets less and more painful based on use. It only hurts when wrist is bent at 90 degrees and pressure placed onto it. It doesn't seem to hurt any other time. I can do pushups and sometimes it doesn't hurt but if I continue to do them it will eventually but this also happens when pushing heavy objects.

My mother is being suffering from spine tuberculosis form last 4 month...she is under treatment..medicine she take is AKT 4,benadon,robomat and so on..my query is after 4 month also there is no change In here in fact now she is not even able to stand bcoz of severe pain.please help me with solution

Doctor, I am currently grappling with height problems, because for the past 4 years my height has been 5ft, and I'm 16 years old. I am pretty sure that my growth was stunted because of anorexia that I went through in 2015-2016. I tried lots of methods, such as height increase pills (no hormones), stretching, etc. Nothing helped. What should I do?
