Pain in joints, especially hip bone
A lot of pain in all joints, especially hip bone. Feels as if all the nerves are paining. Problem increases during night. Painkillers don't help either. My age is 54

This pain may occur due to several reasons. In your case I think pain in joints occurs due to ageing. As far as hip is concern, I want to ask is there any injury or accident u went thru? please have your x ray done of hip in both AP and lateral view to confirm the diagnosis.
And take supplements of vitamin D 3 and calcium which will provide some relief and halt the process of ageing.
