What you need to check is how the pain started in your wrist . Is there any trauma preceding the pain . Do you have swelling and redness and whether it is associated with fever . Also is the pain more after getting up and then gets relieved or is it constant throughout the day . Do some Ice fomentation and take Basic Analgesics.
