Hi.. I m suffering from very bad pain in back... Right side down to shoulder.. Every night it will get more.. When I will wake up that time I feel to cry that much pain is dere for me.. Pls suggest some thing to me... And due to that pain know I m getting body pain also...

Before my last period, the pains have gotten stronger and I am now experiencing lower back pain and leg pain which I've never had before. This is now a bit more than a week after and I'm experiencing the same lower back/hip pain. I am also on the Rigevidon contraceptive pill and have been for around 2 years.

I have football practice 6 days a week, 3 with 2 practices in one day and the intensity just picked up as we are now in full pads. I also work 4 of those days in the 2nd softest sand in the world renting ATVs so I walk around in slip on boots with little support. I got home after a day with two practices and work and I had severe foot pain.

Hi my self Sanjay age 38 my right knee is paining from last 5 days because of jogging in morning. I m just start it from 10 days for mainten fit. But suddenly my knee is highly paining now I m not able to Walk properly. I visited to doctor he gave me powergesic gel and enzoflam tab. But it's not work. Steel I have paining. Pls suggest your advice.

Hello. I am diagnosed with deficiency of Vitamin D3. Its 15.91 ng/ml. I was advised by the doctor to take 1 "Subneuro" tablet per day for 21 days along with 1 dose of "Cap Uprise D3 60K" per week for 4 weeks. I am scared to take these medicines as i know all medicines have side effects. I am wondering it the tablets suggested are ok?
