Shoulder pain
I've had a shoulder dislocation about a year back and my shoulder has been quite unstable since then. Recently, I have been experiencing painful snapping in the same joint. Today, my shoulder snapped and I have been experiencing a lot of pain. I am just not able to raise my hand for anything. It is getting unbearable and I am an active sportswoman.

If it had actually dislocated, and if u feel its unstable then at this age chances of recurrent dislocation are high! It can also be a superior labral tear! Less chances of cuff tear at this age! See a shoulder surgeon and get your MRI scan done!
