Bone & Muscle problems

I have so much pain and swelling in my right hand since 8months ago.there is no problem in bones this is confirm.problem is in nerves.what I have to do.consult with so many doctor but there is no releif there is no servical spine there is no r factor plz suggest me

Swelling near the neck.. It's moving from neck to shoulder.. Severe pain in arms at certain times and pain in shoulder at certain times.. But couldn't lift the arm up

Fever has reduced after visiting clinic ..But I had joint pain in hands ,legs and lower back pain..After 2 days pain in hands and legs got reduced ....But now I got severe joint pain at my lower back...Can't able to sleep ,sit or stand for long time...I have visited one more doctor he Gave injection but no use ...What shd I do ...To recover fast...What shd I do at home to reduce back pain.

My wife is having pain in her left knee from last two days. And there is swelling too. She doesn't remember any recent injury that might have caused it.
