Bone & Muscle problems

I've been constant Back pain after my c-section delivery. Now it's almost 8 months over from delivery, still I didn't recover from it, unable to turn around while lying. Pls suggest the solution. Thanks in advance.

Cannot carry heavy things.....cannot walk for long distances.....if done then it pains hard

My knee has pain bending past 60 degrees unless I have some sort of brace above the back of the knee held around the leg

Recently, I've been getting really bad pain in my leg. Kind of my shin area. In between my ankle and knew. It only hurts there on my right leg (tibia??) When I run, it kills, and for a while after, kills to walk and do anything. When I put pressure on the area it kills. It usually hurts after I run, which I do in gym class 5 times a week. Recently we've been doing sports that involve a lot of running eg; Field hockey, soccer, ultimate frisbee, lacrosse, rugby, football. Help!!

Severe Knee pain and legs become powerless, cant walk even 50 meters continuously. Always feels pain and x ray report shows bone erosion at joints. Treatment is going on for last 5 years. No solution has been found. Pain is severe right below both knees.

I met with an accident 2 months back and fractured inferior pole of left patella(tension band wiring done).Today i completed my 17 physio session and i can bend and squat upto 130° and do straight lifting.Can u suggest some ways to regain full strength of leg fastly and make muscles look like old times..
