Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from knee joint ligament broken since two month there is sevaral pain in my knee i am unable to walk

I want to strong my bones for future and to resolve this dislocation of bones in ring finger

I started doing yoga again a few weeks ago, and got a sore right hip from it and thought it would go away after the weekend. No such luck, and it still hurts. The pain is manageable but a lot worse when I shift my weight and recently when i bend now it's worse. I still do yoga every week day, but it doesn't help.

I jumped from a 10 feet height and I hurt my tight ankle while landing since then I cannot walk since it's pain at back of my ankle its been 36 hours from the injury but it still as same I think I have torn my Achilles tendon what should I do
